This is the final talk of this series on that elusive jewel, 'true, natural or lasting happiness'. In this one, Harry touches on several topics. First, using an allegory about the beginning of time, he describes the ever-present nature of original innocence, its relation to the conditioning of our mind and how it's subsequently passed on from generation to generation. Harry recounts a metaphor from Rumi that shows us that the keys of freedom are already given to us, like a precious gift from life. He also talks about the purpose of meditation and gives a seven-point meditation instruction. The talk ends with a beautiful but little-known spiritual tradition from West Bengal in India - the Baul tradition – where they practice Uncompromising Openness. Harry closes the talk with a short meditation on non-effort.
