This all-round movement practice is a chance to awaken the physical body with some mobilization of all the joints, while paying particular attention to where thoughts and attention go. Then we roll around the floor a little for the hips and spine, do some knee pushups for the upper body, a touch of core work, and we finish with life force directed around the face and head. The final moments bring your attention and life force to the heart in the hopes of sharing a feeling of love and compassion with the world.
