A neutral state of being is when you just ARE, in the midst of perceiving something directly with your body or an emotion rising, instead of immediately listening to the storyline that our mind creates. It is as if you are a witness to everything that happens right in front of you; there is no need to act, or say anything...This is the invitation in this class: Can you just be? Throughout the sequence you will find different possibilities to explore that neutral state of being, to fully embrace what happens just as it happens. Hopefully there will be a subtle shift in your body, energy and mind.
