Give the hands and wrists a rest, while moving and flowing through the whole body in this Chaturanga-free flow. Moving from lying-down twists and slight core activation, to some seated opening work, into an energising standing flow with lunges, twists, Warriors and some balancing. A short cool down in some supine positions leads into Savasana, so that the body can feel relaxed and fully alive. (This one is dedicated to Christine, who requested this class!)
