This sweet, slowly flowing class is all about opening up the body and getting the energy moving so that you'll feel supported and ready for the rest of your day. You'll start with a centering meditation, and from there, move into a well-rounded practice filled with pranayama, backbends, a heart-opening balancing pose, forward bends, hip-openers and Sun Salutations. There will be some extra attention for the shoulders and neck too. You might like to have a blanket or large towel ready for extra comfort in Savasana.
