In this class we move playfully, balancing Yang with Yin and working through the whole body to challenge strength, balance and flexibility. José invites you to place your hands, feet, legs, arms, torso and hips anywhere, feeling the possibilities of your body, instead of trying to imitate the ‘picture’ of the pose. Practicing in a more functional way will open your mind and be more beneficial for your body – more strength and flexibility and no painful sensations in the joints - it's all about feeling the area that you want to strengthen or stretch. You can make the Yang part as long and sweaty as you want - just repeat both sides until you have had enough. The Yin poses will cool your body down and release any build up of tension in the legs, back and shoulders. We will end with a Savasana and optional meditation.
