The hips have a tendency to store emotions and this often comes up as tightness, pain and discomfort. In this class, we will explore a few ways to create some freedom into the hips and who knows, maybe even take flight! Be prepared to move your body and find a sense of expansion through postures like Pigeon and Goddess. As always, listen to your body, and practice compassion and self-love as you move through this flow.
