This compact practice is perfect for those moments when you know you want to practice, but you feel like you need to be coaxed into it a little - for example, slow mornings or an after-work reset. The first half of the practice is nice and gentle and we take time to unravel, settle into the body, release some tension and open up... Then we'll move into a short, powerful flow to recharge our batteries and get the energy moving again. Expect some nice, luxurious stretching in the beginning, and a little core work and standing poses later on. We end with a heart opener and relaxation.
