In this session, after settling ourselves, we will focus on mindfulness of the breath. Focusing on the breath is one of the most universal practices because the breath is ever-present. Taking the breath as an anchor, we train our awareness to stop and stay. It’s a simple art of ease and steadiness, of letting the mind and body settle like a clear forest pool. By attending to the breath, you begin to notice what’s present all around you, and become more alive to where you are.
