This practice is gentle and relaxed in pace, designed as a soothing flow to do when you're menstruating, or for any time that you'd like a calm, slow, hip opening, softening sequence. There are some downward facing dogs and standing forward bends, which some teachers and practitioners choose to omit during their period. I personally enjoy them and invite you to listen to your body and see what works well for you, during every phase of the month! A little bit of movement and a lot of relaxing, I hope this practice will leave you a little softer and grounded in your body.
