A spontaneous collaboration between musician and mover… In this unplanned class David is accompanied by Fred Westra playing live guitar. In the beginning, there are moments of fun and flow. This leads into more stable and strong poses and when Fred reaches the Rock and Blues melodies, there is some fire and powerful moves to explore. These include kick throughs, an arm balance variation and lots of dynamic leg and spine waves. We finish with an optional Shoulder stand and throughout the practice is the invitation to align the head to the heart.  This is the name of the first song Fred plays and a theme that David often threads through his teaching.
