This asana practice of applied philosophy moves through the shape of ‘Natarajasana’ (Lord of the Dancer Pose) in many different forms. In taking the same shape in many different ways and approaches, we learn to adapt to life’s many lessons through the things we consciously choose and the things that ‘happen to us.’ There are a variety of challenging poses here so make any adaptations necessary to make it through to the end of the class for a nice relaxation and serenade with a Mantra to Shiva
