Staying close to the floor, this class works deeply into the hips to relieve tension both physically, emotionally and mentally leaving you feeling soothed and relaxed. We work through Crescent lunge, Figure 4 and Double pigeon variations and finish the practice with some Pranayama. You can choose how deep you want to go. Have a yoga brick handy for this class.
