After my class on hip strengthening I realised I had more work to do! This class really focuses on the strength in the glutes coming up off the floor and into standing balances. It will challenge you and of course, you'll have a laugh too as you see me lose my balance, say words that don't exist (making them up again) and watch my leggings keep sliding down! I had fun and I hope you will too in this strong flow!
