Welcome to the first of our Throwback Thursday series! We thought it would be fun to take a trip down memory lane and asked our teachers to pick some of their very favourite classes from the past 12 years.
Here's Esther's first choice. Originally published in 2019, this class, "delicious for the body and calming for the mind" was created to help you slow right down. By the looks of the comments under the class, it did the trick!
A slow and soothing class, focused on moving energy throughout the body by mobilising the upper body first and waking up the breath in the thoracic / chest region. From that foundation we begin to move energy through the lower body. We get into the psoas muscle, do some gentle backbends and a meditation. This class will reset your whole system, bring you out of your head and into the moment, and is guaranteed to make you feel different than when you started!
