This class is not for the 'wrist faint of heart' (there's a bit of weight-bearing) Though, this is just at the beginning. We practice small, intentional movements to wake up and make connections to the internal muscles, then move into side-bending hand balances (Plank variations), pushups, and finally the Swan Dive!
