Today's Throwback Thursday class is a definite crowdpleaser. But don't be fooled by the playful title – it gets to certain body parts that can often get lazy and you may well feel this one the following day! Being Esther, there is, of course, some spiritual challenge in there as well. Let us know how you get on!
