This Throwback Thursday class title is one of our favourites - Hatha Hip Delight – what's not to love? And the practice is pretty nice too, delivered with Andrew's usual calm, measured, down-to-earth (and often funny) manner. "Are you clenching your teeth again?!"
Approach your practice from a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimension with a Hatha class which focuses on hip mobility, strength and support. From classical bound angle posture (Baddha Konasana) and a twist on Tiger posture, the practice moves fluidly into Pigeon posture variations, Seated twists and ultimately into Wide-legged forward bend and Turtle posture.
