This class is inspired by flows that I learned from my teacher, Suzee Grilley. It's a fusion between 'classic' flow yoga and Capoeira movements (Capoeria is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines elements of acrobatics, music and dance). This is a fast practice with a lot of weight bearing on the hands, so please take care of your wrists (warm them up first and take rest if the movements are too strong). This practice is great for strengthening the upper body, but most important, have fun while doing it! Try not to get frustrated if you turn the wrong way once in a while - you can always do it again:-).
