By moving between shapes, shifting weight, changing direction and making all the inner connections needed for strength, we can gain a fluidity in a practice that is much stronger than it looks. Layering movement, you'll start off slow and find how the hands and feet connect into our universal core and their role in finding strength in the pelvis. At the end we play with Bakasana to have a bit of fun and test our connections. Because we build movement and strength in layers, this class is suitable for all levels.
