In this vinyasa class we will be continuously flowing, repeating most movements 3 times and working on non-attachment by staying only for one breath in each pose. This gets the energy in the body to flow and builds strength, endurance. The sequence includes a little bit of everything with cat-cow warm ups, hip openers, lunges, squats and balancing poses. We finish together with Savasana.
