This is a floor-based class focusing on and revisiting three of my favourite breathing exercises. We will chant AUM together, taking the sound vibration of three body parts. We follow this by taking a journey with the holographic breath to our organs and finish with the Tibetan Wheel breath, combining hand mudras. This is a deeply balancing practice for the whole body and will leave you feeling grounded and possibly energised. It's a great preparation for your day ahead.
