In this practice you'll pick up the ingredients that work for your own body and practice, put them together and move towards Padmasana (Lotus pose). Know that you can also do Half Padmasana instead. Please do take good care of your knees and if they start to feel sensitive, take a step back and go back to the 'ingredients' that work for you at that point.
