This investigative practice is the complement to its sister class 'The great unravelling (Yang)'. The term 'unravelling' defines the act of ‘undoing or untwisting’ something… like tension in the body, for example. Looking at ways in which tension can be useful or not, this Yin sequence holds poses between 2 - 5 minutes each and is always adaptable to your needs. Feel free to hit the pause button and stay in the poses longer if you wish. Please have either a bolster, some blankets or a block to hand.
