This is a wonderful follow up to my original class 'Roll and rotate your spine to happiness'. We will learn how getting to know our tailbone can create a direct doorway to releasing tension around the spine, and also gives us a better understanding of how our spine moves fluidly with breath and gravity. We will transition into posts from spirals and rolling, unfolding into new experiences and pathways into down dog, standing and balancing poses. You will also be introduced to a new breath that Helen has named Contra breathing.
