This is a lying down practice you can do even when you're in pain or sick. In Asian countries, when people are ill and not able to work or visit a doctor, they take refuge in the temple. They rest with their whole being at the feet of the Buddha or Quan Yin, a Green Tara. And so can you. Make yourself comfortable and wish yourself well. Be aware of how your body feels when it’s sick or in pain and notice how it affects you. Don't resist, just breathe and surrender... You may fall asleep during this practice and that's perfectly fine. May you be well, may you be free from pain and suffering, may you be healthy and happy.
