A gentle class which works on the kidney and bladder energies. Stimulating the kidney energy will help you deal with the darker season better. Although, it's also a lovely little balancing class for the summer. Expect some forward folds, side bends like Gate pose / Parighasana and Parivrrta Janu Sirsasana, and some gentle backbends.
