'Thank you' is a powerful statement. It expresses gratitude and is energetically neutralising. In this meditation we use these words while focusing on our chakras. The chakras work as funnels that distribute the 'gratitude energy' throughout our entire energy body. If you can keep your attention and intention on this practice it can create a great shift. Practice this meditation regularly if you feel density, stress or tension in your body. With this practice often comes the realisation that even the difficult, unpleasant situations in life have made us better and stronger in some ways, even if we find it hard to see or accept this at the time.
