This hip exploration class encourages you to flow into each movement with spiral shapes, surrendering to gravity and listening to your body. There is no force needed to get a deep feeling into our hip joints. We can enjoy the juiciness of our hips with the idea that we can drop the legs into where they originate and tap into the "octopus" like movement that can help access a greater flexibility in the pelvis.
