During the later stages of pregnancy the baby can push somewhat on the intercostal (main breathing) muscles so this practice will focus on the side body to create more space for your breath. Besides that, we stretch the shoulders, upper back, hips and practice some pelvic floor strengthening exercises.
If you’re pregnant and you’ve never done yoga before, please consult your doctor or healthcare practitioner before doing so. Always listen to your body and stop if something doesn’t feel right.
