This sequence starts with a short meditation and shoulder openers, then progresses into some hip openers. There is a point after 15 minutes where you are advised to stop if you are in your first trimester and your body is not used to doing yoga. If you are familiar with doing yoga and it feels good, you can continue to practice the rest of the sequence, which includes some standing poses as well.
If you’re pregnant and you’ve never done yoga before, please consult your doctor or healthcare practitioner before doing so. Always listen to your body and stop if something doesn’t feel right.
