We will practice a variety of standing poses with a twist, Twisted Chair pose / Parivrtta Utkatasana, Twisted Side Angle poses and variations / Parivrtta Parsvakonasana, Parivrtta Trikonasana / Twisted Triangle pose etc.... and lots more...
