We'll start this grounding meditation with an asana. We simply bow our heads and continue this movement until we touch the floor. This meditation is about letting go, surrendering to life itself. When we slowly move back to a standing position, we stay connected to the earth, strengthening our legs with her energy. Afterwards we will sit in meditation.
