A grounding practice to increase circulation and prevent blood stagnation in the lower portion of you body, with movements to keep the joints flexible and alive. We use the chair to practice safely some of the sitting postures to increase connection and movement in the pelvic area. We practice pelvic floor exercises that maintain the health and vitality of your pelvic floor. We finish with a breathing connection with mother and baby where we inhale from the heart to the womb and exhale from the womb to the heart.
