Today I would like to investigate with you our inner beliefs about strength and power. We all like to feel strong and confident, but when it comes to it, we also might feel a little reluctant to let it show...Perhaps we are afraid that other people will feel less in our presence and will not like us for it. Perhaps we rather stay small and safe instead of bringing forward a strong and powerful energy. In this meditation we will try to get clarity about these mechanisms so we can recognize how we might play small when we actually are not, so we can merely enjoy our strength from now on instead of ignoring it...
