We will practice the alignment of the shoulder girdle necessary to be stable in handstand. You will also learn poses to test your arm/upper body and core strength and at the same time work on your arm/upper body strength. Experience how your handstand already becomes more stable! Props needed: a wall, a block and a bolster.
