The second of a twelve part program about some of the asanas named after domestic and wild animals. Makrasana / Crocodile Pose challenges you to discover your primeval strength. Build strength in the arms and core which will prepare you for more arm balances. Work on opening the soles of the feet to help with standing poses and balances.
