My go-to restorative yoga practice when I feel sick, spaced out and out of balance. This yoga class grounds you, relaxes you, resets your nervous system and makes you feel like a different person after. An absolute must for body and mind on a regular basis! Props needed: block, bolster or blanket, belt.
