Enjoy this practice to promote a restful sleep. The two techniques offered are Ujjayi Breathing and Nadhi Shodana Breathing. They can also be practeced at night if we wake up and unable to go back to sleep. Let the calming effect of the breath be your guide as you move towards balance and towards an undisturbed sleep.
