This is a dynamic class with a lot of standing postures, which is a good way to keep you strong during pregnancy, and is suitable for those who have experience of practicing yoga. We finish with a breathing practice and a long relaxation. Remember to listen to your body during the flow: don't put pressure on your belly, or force a stretch and please stay within the comfortable boundaries of your body.
You'll need a belt and a blanket.
