Even when we meditate, all ready to connect to this moment, we can still resist experiences that we feel shouldn't be present: feelings, sounds, sensations in our bodies...by letting go of this (subtle) resistance, opening to the full experience of how life presents itself right now, we can relax on a deeper level and feel grounded at the same time.
