We warm up the major joints of the body starting from the feet up to the neck. We find a fluid quality during the Sun Salutations and we move into the wave of the standing flow, transitioning from classical Trikonasana (Triangle posture) to the "fallen triangle". We practice Sirsasana (Headstand) and then we move to the floor for hip opening leading to Padmasana (Lotus Posture) and Titthibasana (Firefly posture). A sweet relaxation brings it all together…
