In this class we explore forward bends a bit more and the actions that are important, and will help you to work towards standing forward bends. Forward bends increase the flexibility of the back body and calm the body and mind, so you will feel great and relaxed after. We practice some standing poses like Vrksasana and of course some forward bends. Join me!
