This meditation is for travellers. A simple, physical oriented meditation that you can do in the train, on an airport, in the plane or in fact wherever you are and have a place to sit. It is meant to centre you and ground your presence without going too deep in meditation (and missing your plane ;-)). Enjoy and know that the more you practice, the more accurate it works, even with your eyes open.
