This Throwback Thursday class is with David, who says: "This class is from my more classical yoga days and is a great journey into personal exploration. This calming Pranayama sequence has 4 preparatory asanas to help you access deeper breathing and a greater sense of awareness, ending with an extended exhalation breath to invite the mind into stillness.
Props needed: bolster, blanket, block, belt.
