Today we will practice letting go of our identification with thoughts or feelings. We will do this by using a sentence to remind us that we are not what we are thinking, nor what we are emotionally experiencing in this moment. "I am not this thought." "I am not this feeling". Thoughts and sensations just come and go, arising in awareness. Every time we stop identifying with our thought stories we can experience freedom and lightness.
