This series of standing postures to maintain strength and healthy flexibility is suitable for all stages of pregnancy, as long as you have the energy for it! Try to accept that your body is changing and that pregnancy is not a time to challenge yourself physically. We'll start and finish with Lotus mudra to tap into purity and change.
If you’ve never done yoga before, please consult your doctor or healthcare practitioner before doing so. Always listen to your body and stop if something doesn’t feel right.
