She's back with more balancing and breathing - this time with a cardio element to the practice. Jennilee sure loves balancing postures...and to sweat and have fun flowing in and out of them! Blocks are handy but not necessary. Willingness to have fun, possibly fall out of a posture (or two) with a sense of humour, is mandatory!
