A beautiful short meditation, created by Sadhguru from the Isha Foundation. Daily practice of Isha Kriya will help you to reorganize your energy, enhance clarity, improve health, heighten focus and create peacefulness and joy. Isha means that which is the source of creation. Kriya means an inward action towards that. It is recommended to do it once a day for 90 days, or twice a day for 48 days (a full mandala). It takes about 40 days for anything new to become part of your system.
