The Energy Flow Meditations are a series of 6 classes that focus on energy flows in the body, using simple exercises, breathing and touch leading up to a relaxing meditation. In this course, Esther combines movements she uses in her own live classes and techniques offered by Kum Nye Yoga, a form of restorative yoga based on traditional Tibetan Healing.
